The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by notice No.E/77/2013 dated 22.11.2013 of respondent No.3, whereunder he has fixed 28.11.2013 as the date for survey of land in Sy.No.315 of Jeedimetla Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana Area), on instructions, submitted that in view of the pendency of O.S.No.207 of 2013 and batch filed by the petitioners and the subsistence of interim injunction against respondent No.4, at whose instance the impugned notice has been issued, the further process for survey has been stopped. He has further submitted that till the dispute between the parties is settled in the pending civil suits, survey will not be held.
The above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.44380 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
