THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE L. NARASIMHA REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 3429 of 2013 ORDER:
The A.P. Education and Welfare Infrastructure Development, 4th respondent herein issued a tender notice, dated 10.01.2013, inviting tenders for purchase of various articles to be used in Government Schools. The petitioner felt aggrieved by some of the conditions incorporated in the notification. This Court passed interim order on 06.02.2013. Today, it is reported that the tender notice itself has been cancelled, on the directions issued by the Government.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed. It is however directed that in case, the 4th respondent has received any amount from the petitioner, for processing of the tenders, the same shall be refunded within four weeks from today.
The miscellaneous petition filed in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
