The grievance of the petitioners is that though they made an application on 08.09.2012 and paid fee for survey and demarcation of boundaries in respect of the land in survey No.3 of Kankanampadu Agraharam Village, Kankanampadu Grampanchayat, Veligandla Mandal, Prakasam District, respondent Nos.4 and 5 have not been conducting survey.

In view of the innocuous grievance of the petitioners, respondent Nos.4 and 5 are directed to consider the petitioners’ application dated 08.09.2012 in the light of the Circular in RC.No.N1/6543/99 dated 25.07.2001 issued by the Special Commissioner and Director, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, under Para 20 of B.S.O. 34-A of the Andhra Pradesh Board of Revenue Standing Orders, and do the needful under intimation to the petitioners within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.41656 of 2013 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
