“….to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of “Writ of Mandamus” declaring the action of the 2^nd respondent herein in issuing proceedings in Rc.No.A/Qazi/Asifnagar Zone/2013, Dated 28.08.2013 and thereby recommending the case of the 4^th respondent for appointment of Qazi without considering the objections of the petitioner as being illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the said proceedings Dated 28.08.2013 and further direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner’s continuance as a Qazi in the localities of Mustaidpura Zone and pass such other order or orders….”

After arguing the case, Sri P.Pandu Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to pursue the matter with respondent No.1.

The request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.38971 of 2013 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
