ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“……to issue order direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the respondents in not taking action of the complaint given by the petitioner on 19.11.2012 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of A.P. Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfer) Act, 1977 and consequentially direct the respondents to restore the assigned land covered in RS No.410 an extent of Ac.4.42 Cts situated at Jangareddygudem V & M, West Godavari District in favour of the petitioner and to pass such other order or orders……”
After arguing the case, Sri P.R.K.Amarendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to work out his remedies in accordance with law for eviction of the unauthorized occupants.
The request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.38778 of 2013 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
