ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in granting the Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed to the Petitioner as per the AP Rights of Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.24-06 guntas situated in Survey No.50, Ac.13-04 guntas in Survey No.51 and Ac.8-00 situated in Survey No.37part, in total admeasuring Ac.45-10guntas in Bahadurguda Village of Shamshabad Mandal of Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust and unconstitutional and to consequentially direct the Respondents to grant Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed to the Petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.24-06 guntas situated in Survey No.50, Ac.13-04guntas in Survey No.51 and Ac.8-00 situated in Survey No.37part, in total admeasuring Ac.45-10guntas in Bahadurguda Village of Shamshabad Mandal of Ranga Reddy District and grant such other and further reliefs as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case in the interests of Justice. (b) It is also prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the suo moto revision of the Joint Collector-II, Ranga Reddy District in Case No. D1/4186/2010 dated -05-2013, on the Orders of RDO, Chevella in File No.C/4159/2008 dated 22-12-2008 for correction of entries in respect of the land bearing Sy.Nos.1 to 101 situated in Bahadurguda Village, Shamshabad Mandal of Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust and unconstitutional and grant such other and further reliefs ….”
After arguing the case, Sri T.Sreedhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh writ petition by rectifying the defects crept in the present writ petition.
The request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.37255 of 2013 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
