Ganta Lakshmi Devi W/o. Late Sorry Reddy, Vs The District Collector, Nalgonda District.

This writ petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.4 has not been passing any order on the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner in the revision petition (wrongly described as review) filed against the order dated 29.06.2013 of respondent No.2.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I am of the opinion that interests of justice would be met if respondent No.4 is directed to pass an appropriate order on the interlocutory application stated to have been filed by the petitioner in the revision petition referred to above.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No.4 is directed to dispose of the interlocutory application, if any, filed by the petitioner in the revision petition filed by her against the order dated 29.06.2013 of respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.36001 of 2013 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
