ORDER:
This civil revision petition arises out of order, dated 16.11.2011, in I.A.No.1872 of 2011 in O.S.No.217 of 2006, on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chirala.
At the hearing, Sri V.C.H.Naidu, learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that the suit itself out of which the present civil revision petition arises was disposed of by judgment and decree, dated 13.02.2013.
Sri Nimmagadda Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that he has no instructions in this regard from his client.
In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the civil revision petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the same in the event the suit is not disposed of as submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents.
As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.7320 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
