COMMON ORDER:
(Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Goda Raghuram):
It is represented by Smt. K.Mamata Choudary, learned counsel for the petitioner in all the writ petitions that the impugned proclamation of sale of the specified property in respect of each of the petitioners dated 19-102010 has since lapsed and therefore no adjudication of the grievances presented in these writ petitions is required.
Recording the said submission, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
As a consequence of dismissal of the writ petitions, miscellaneous petitions filed in these writ petitions shall also stand dismissed.
