It is represented by Smt Shanthi Neelam, learned Standing counsel for the respondent-Municipality that the revision preferred by the petitioner against the proposal for enhancement of property tax has been disposed of on 6-12-2012. This writ petition is filed on the ground that the respondent is not considering its objections to the Special Notice. Since it is represented on behalf of the respondentMunicipality that the revision has now been disposed of, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the revisional order, he may pursue appropriate remedies.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
