The Writ Petition is filed for the following
substantive relief:
“….. to issue a writ order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in selecting the operators to open new CSC/ Mee-Seva centers, without identifying the villages as per the CSC guidelines and impugned GO.Ms.No.20, dated.04-10-2008 and without issuing any notification and without conducting survey regarding population or proximity or public convenience as per the impugned G.O.Ms.No.45 dated. 09-10-2012, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the CSC guide lines issued by the government of India and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to not to establish new CSC/Mee Seva center, etc., at Thirumalagiri Village and Mandal, Nalgonda Dist.,
A.P, where the petitioner's CSC/Mee Seva center is functioning henceforth, till the completion of survey regarding population or proximity or public convenience as per the impugned G.O.Ms.No.45 dated. 09-10-2012.”
At the hearing, Sri Bethi Venkateshwarlu, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that this Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of order, dated 31.10.2013, in Writ Petition No.21959 of 2013 and batch.
The learned Special Government Pleader has stated that there is no objection for the same.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order, dated 31.10.2013, in Writ Petition No.21959 of 2013 and batch with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.34754 of 2013 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
