The petitioner was awarded the handling and transportation work at the warehouse of the Andhra Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation at Jangaon in July, 2012. His grievance in the present Writ Petition is with regard to the action of the Andhra Pradesh Warehousing Corporation
in again issuing notice dated 04-09-2013 inviting tenders for awarding the handling and transportation work at its warehouse at Jangaon.
2. Sri K.Suresh Kumar Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondent corporation, states that the contract of the petitioner was terminated under proceedings dated 24-082013. He further states that notice was issued to the petitioner at the furnished address but the same was returned un-served.
3. In the light of the afore-stated development, the cause for complaint in this Writ Petition no longer survives. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the termination of his contract under the proceedings dated 24-08-2013, he would necessarily have to seek redressal thereof independently, by way of separate proceedings, in accordance with law.
4. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. W.P.M.P.No. 32775 of 2013 shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
