ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…..to issue any Appropriate Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not according permission for the sports events on 6-9-2013 & 7-9-2013 to the petitioner association pursuant to the application dated 26-82013 is illegal, arbitrary, in violation of the Rules in GO.Ms.No.20 Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture (Sports) Department dated 9-2-2012 issued by the 2nd Respondent and consequently direct the Respondents to accord permission to conduct sports events as for the application dated 26-8-2013 pass such other order or orders.….”
At the hearing, Sri B.Ramulu, learned counsel representing Sri J.Ramachandra Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.32389 of 2013 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
