This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
On 29-10-2013, the Counsel for the petitioners was not present. Therefore, the case was adjourned. Even today, when the case is called, no one represented the petitioners. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing their cause in the case.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.32259/2013 filed for interim relief is disposed of
as infructuous.
