COMMON ORDER:
These Writ Petitions are filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respective Sub-Registrars in not entertaining the documents sought to be presented by the petitioners for registration on the ground that the lands covered by those documents are described as the Government lands, as illegal and arbitrary.
This Court in common judgment, dated 31.12.2012, in Writ Petition No.30526 of 2012 and batch, issued extensive directions to the Registering Officers in the State as to the manner in which the documents presented to them for registration shall be treated.
These writ petitions are, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the common judgment, dated 31.12.2012, in Writ Petition No.30526 of 2012 and batch with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein relating to the purported Government lands, shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petitions, the W.P.M.Ps., filed by the petitioners for interim relief are disposed of as infructuous.
