ORDER :
Sri Nagesh Bhimpaka accepted notice on behalf of the respondents in this Writ Petition.
The grievance of the petitioner is that on 22.09.2012 the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has put the petitioner on notice informing him that the house property bearing No.20-4-360 of the Writ Petitioner is getting affected under road widening of the road from Himmatpura to Chandulal Baradari Junction via Fateh Darwaza, Hyderabad City to an extent of 41.95 sq. yards and hence, the petitioner has been requested to handover the possession of the said affected portion of the property under private negotiation in accordance with Section 146 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955.
The petitioner, as per the learned counsel for petitioner, is not interested in entering into any such private negotiations with the respondents.
Therefore, it shall be open to the respondents to follow the procedure prescribed under Law and then alone dispossess the petitioner.
With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands
disposed of. No costs.
