WRIT PETITION No. 21588 OF 2013
O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of Respondents 2 and 3 in carrying on the investigation into the complaint lodged by the petitioner which was registered as F.I.R.No. 343 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, who has taken time on the last occasion, has secured instructions in the matter from the Station House Officer and he would inform that investigation is taken up after recording the statement of the writ petitioner herein. It is submitted that on 05.05.2013, the Station House Officer has issued notice under Section 41(a) of the Code of Criminal Procedure to the accused persons, but however, nothing thereafter seems to have moved in the matter. It is therefore, appropriate that Respondents 2 and 3 shall complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today and file an appropriate report before the Court concerned.
With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
