Writ Petition No.20382 of 2000
ORDER:
There was no representation for the petitioners on 17.04.2013. The matter underwent adjournments on 22.04.2013, 03.06.2013 and it is also adjourned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority on 10.06.2013. It is reported that the conditional order was not complied with. The matter was again adjourned on 17.06.2013 and posted to this day. Today there is no representation for the petitioners.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
