ORDER:
On 19.10.2012, 02.11.2012 and 05.06.2013, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is ordered to be posted on 10.06.2013 under the caption “For Dismissal”.
On 10.06.2013, this Court passed the following order.
“At request, post on 17.06.2013 under the same caption, on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the Legal Services Authority, High Court of A.P., by that date.”
Today, none appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the petitioner. As per the office endorsement, it is clear that the conditional order dated 10.06.2013 is not complied with.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
