When the matter was called on 14.06.2013, there was no representation for the petitioners and hence the matter was directed to be posted to this date under the caption of “For Dismissal”. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioners.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
