This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to direct respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of respondent No.3 mutating the names of Pulichinthala Venkat Ravamma and Gurram Srilatha in the record of rights in respect of Ac.1-24 guntas of land in Sy.No.741/1A and Ac.0-23 guntas of land in Sy.No.803/A of Huzurnagar village and Mandal, Nalgonda District.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana Area), on instructions, submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner was posted for hearing by respondent No.2 on 22-6-2013 and that it is not known as to whether the said appeal has been disposed of or not.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, if the same was not disposed of so far, within a period of two months from the date of

receipt of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP Nos.19876 and 22063 of 2013 are disposed of as infructuous.
