The Court made the following: ORDER:
The inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioner’s application, dated 15.02.2013, for adding two more singles to the petitioner’s permit on the Inter State Route, Nellore to Chennai is questioned in this Writ Petition.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner’s application is under consideration and that steps will be taken for its disposal as early as possible.
In the light of the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to take all such necessary steps as are required for disposal of
the petitioner’s application, dated 15.02.2013, take a decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMPs, if any, pending are disposed of as infructuous.
