ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by a former Field Assistant complaining that the appeal preferred by him to the 1st respondent- the Collector, Ranga Reddy District on 16.03.2013 has not been disposed of so far. Normally, an appeal preferred hardly three weeks back would not have been disposed of by the 1st respondent so soon. But, however, in view of the peculiar facts prevailing in this case, I consider it appropriate to direct the 1st respondent to deal with the appeal dated 16.03.2013 of the writ petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a maximum period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this order, this writ petition is disposed of as agreed to by Sri M.Subrahmanyam, learned Standing Counsel, who took notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent. No costs.
