The order of regularization was passed on 09.08.2012 by the Depot Manager, Musheerabad-I Depot, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 16627 of 2012. The operative portion of the order sets out clearly that the respondents were directed to extend the benefit of continuity of service to the petitioner from the date of termination till the date of his re-engagement except for the period during which he was absent. This continuity of service shall, however, be without any monetary benefit and shall be counted only for the purpose of regularization at a later date. Therefore, the petitioner appears to have submitted a representation on 25.02.2013 to the Depot Manager. Whether his request is in consonance with the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 16627 of 2012 dated 07.06.2012, is a question which has got to be examined by the Depot Manager and then, he must pass an appropriate order. Without that being done, the petitioner has rushed to this Court. It is therefore, appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner on 25.02.2013 on merits and in accordance with the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 16672 of 2012 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two moths from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
