No one appears for the appellants in the writ appeal.
Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed for default.
In view of dismissal of the writ appeal, similar order is being passed in the Public Interest Litigation accepting the order, dated 30.01.2012, passed by the learned Trial Judge in W.P.No.29625 of 2011, which is impugned in W.A.No.954 of 2012.
Accordingly, the Public Interest Litigation is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ appeal as well as the Public Interest Litigation shall stand closed.
