COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon’ble Sri Justice Sri N.V. Ramana)

These writ appeals are filed by the A.P. Housing Board

(hereinafter referred to ‘the Board’) against the common order passed by the learned single Judge, allowing the W.P.Nos.34461 of 2011 & Batch, filed by the writ petitioners/Respondents, who have defaulted in payment of installments as per the schedule given by the Board, and directing the appellants-Board to restore the respective plots to the writ petitioners by revoking the cancellation of allotments.

However, at the time of hearing, it is fairly brought to our notice by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Appellants-Board that subsequently a Division Bench of this Court has dismissed a similar batch of writ appeals filed by the Board, and approved the orders of the learned single Judge passed in W.P.No.34464 of 2012 & Batch, dated 03-07-2012, and that the Board has even implemented the order of the learned single Judge.

In that view of the matter, we see no ground to interfere with the impugned orders passed by the learned single Judge, especially in view of the decision of a Division Bench of this Court, dismissing similar batch of writ appeals and confirming the order of the learned single Judge passed in W.P.No.34464 of 2011 & Batch, dated 03-07-2012, which was even implemented by the Appellants-Board.

Therefore, the writ appeals are dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed accordingly. No costs.
