JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon’ble Sri Justice Sri N.V. Ramana)
This is an appeal filed by the A.P. Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited aggrieved by the order dated 03.11.2010 allowing W.P.No.24035 of 2007 filed by the respondent herein questioning the action of the 2nd appellant in canceling the allotment of the land admeasuring Ac.9-85 cents by letter dt. 02.11.2007 and consequently to set aside the same.
The subject matter of this writ appeal is squarely covered by the common judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.874 of 2011 & Batch, dated 01.02.2012, wherein a batch of similar appeals filed by the appellants herein was dismissed, after considering the rival submissions made by both the parties.
In view of the above and following the said judgment, the present writ appeal is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed accordingly. No costs.
