ORAL ORDER:
As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 15-42013, the matter was directed to be posted for dismissal on 16-4-2013. When the matter was called on 16-4-2013, it was adjourned to 16-4-2013 on the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even to-day, when the matter was called in the morning session and also in the evening session, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution.
