ORDER:
1. The present Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashing of the proceedings in FIR No.102 of 2011 of Kollipara Police Station, Tenali, Guntur District, is posted for withdrawal on the basis of a letter dated 28.02.2013 addressed by Sri P.N.Murthy, the learned counsel for the petitioners, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, wherein it is stated that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous since the police have investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet, and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same.
2. The permission is granted.
3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
