TRANSFER C.M.P No. 495 of 2012
ORDER:
The petitioner is wife of the respondent. Respondent filed O.P. No.929 of 2012 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar seeking divorce. The petitioner filed M.C.No.38 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Macharla. Her case is that she has life threat from the respondent and cannot travel without any male assistance to attend the Court proceedings at Judge, Family Court, at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District and hence seeks transfer of O.P.No.929 of 2012 to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gurajala.
In the circumstances, O.P.No.929 of 2012 is withdrawn from the file of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, and transferred to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gurajala.
Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending, shall stand closed.
