JUDGMENT:
Learned Counsel for the appellant states that the subject matter of this appeal was settled between the parties in the Execution Proceedings and, therefore, nothing survives to be considered in this appeal.
The Second Appeal is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
