HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR
CONTEMPT CASE No.1596 of 2012
ORDER:
A counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondents making a specific averment that the order of this Court is implemented by regularizing the services of the petitioner with effect from 01.07.2012. A copy of the proceedings of the Regional Manager, Karimnagar dated 18.03.2013 is also placed before the Court.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner, however, has serious objection with regard to the date from which the petitioner was regularized.
That is a matter which the petitioner has to agitate separately as this petition is limited to the extent of ensuring compliance of the order of this Court. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any component of the said order i.e. the date of his regularization, he is at liberty to question the same separately.
The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
