JUDGMENT:-
On previous occasions i.e. on 04.04.2013 and 12.04.2013, when the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared for the appellant nor was made any representation on its behalf, as such, the matter was posted to this day. Even today, when the matter is called, nobody has appeared nor is made any representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, it appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs.
