JUDGMENT :
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 20-11-2006 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-District Judge, West Godavari at Eluru in OP.No.702/06. 2. Sri G.Vasantha Rayudu, the learned counsel for the appellant has filed a letter dated 01-4-2013 before the Registry stating that the parties have compromised the matter out of court and he was instructed to withdraw the appeal, as no orders need be passed in the appeal.
3. In the light of the above circumstances, the MACMA.No. 1670 of 2007 is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
