ORDER:
This appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the judgment and decree dated 23.04.2007, passed in O.P.No.1430 of 2004 by the X Additional Chief Judge (FTC), City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the issue involved in this appeal is squarely covered by the judgment of full Bench of this Court in L.P.A.No.206 of 2000 and batch reported i n APSRTC, Hyderabad and Another Vs. B. Kanakaratnabai and Others[1] .
Hence, following the said judgment, the appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
