ORDER: (per the Hon’ble Sri Justice L.Narasimha Reddy)
The civil revision petition was listed for hearing yesterday. There was no representation for the petitioner. On the other hand, a representation was made on behalf of the 1st respondent that the amount, which is covered by E.P.No.36 of 203 in O.S.No.344 of 2002 on the file of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam that gave rise to the revision, has since been paid.
Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petition filed in this revision shall also stand disposed of.
