ORDER:
The C.R.P. was listed, on 10.04.2013, ‘for Admission’. Since there was no representation on that day, it was directed to be listed today ‘for Dismissal’. There is no representation today also.
Hence, the C.R.P. is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petition filed in this revision petition shall stand disposed of.
