HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE L. NARASIMHA REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.332 OF 2013
ORDER:
Petitioner filed W.P. No.35897 of 2012 in the context of seeking permission to get herself transferred from one institution to another. The writ petition was disposed of on 22-11-2012 directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the application. This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondent did not comply with the orders of this Court.
2. Heard Sri Y. Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. It is no doubt true that there was some delay on the part of the 1st respondent in passing the orders on the application of the petitioner. The fact remains that on 02-02-2013, the 1st respondent has rejected her application. Therefore, she has to workout her remedies.
4. The Contempt Case is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
