ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file counter in I.A.No.335 of 2012 in O.S.No.27 of 2011 before the lower Court.
With the liberty aforesaid, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. The Court below is, therefore, free to decide I.A.No.335 of 2012 in O.S.No.27 of 2011 on merits in accordance with law.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision shall also stand dismissed.
