ORDER:
Today also, none appears for the petitioner.
As already recorded on 27.09.2013, the respondent – Company was directed to wound up by order in C.P.No.171 of 2011 dated 09.11.2012.
In view of that, the Company Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution as well as on the ground that it is unnecessary.
