ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed feeling aggrieved by nonnumbering of the execution petition in O.S.No.202 of 2003 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ongole.
At the hearing, Sri B.Siva Sankar, learned counsel, representing Sri T.Sreedhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the dispute between the parties is settled out of the Court and that therefore, the petitioner does not intend to press the civil revision petition.
The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.5456 of 2013 is disposed of as infructuous.
