JUDGMENT:
A letter dated 1.7.2003 was submitted before the Registry seeking to list this matter under the caption ‘for withdrawal’ on the ground that the matter was settled out of Court. Hence, this matter has been listed today ‘for withdrawal’.
When this matter has come up, the learned Counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to withdraw this revision.
Permission is accorded and the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
