ORDER:
This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner seeking return of the passport bearing No.G-4988870 deposited in Cr.No.46 of 2012 for compliance of the conditional order dated 16.5.2012 passed in Crl.P.No.3829 of 2012.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a businessman and he has to attend his business activities in Singapore from 15.2.2013 to 1.3.2013.
In that view of the matter, this criminal petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to take return of passport bearing No.G-4988870 deposited by him before XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, on or before 15.2.2013 and re-deposit the same on 1.3.2013.
