COMMON ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition as the parties to the dispute have compromised the matter and the complainant has received a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (rupees one lakh and fifty thousand only) vide D.D.No.132487, dated 25.03.2013.
Accordingly, permission is granted and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the withdrawal of the main Criminal Petition, nothing survives in Crl.P.M.P.No.1568 of 2009. Accordingly, petition is dismissed as infructuous.
