ORDER:
The petitioners were enlarged on bail by the III Additional Sessions Judge, Kakinada. Conditions were imposed at the time of grant of bail, directing that the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer, Rangampeta Police Station on every alternative day between 10:00 A.M and 05:00 P.M for a period of two months or till filing of charge sheet and were also directed not to leave the village without prior permission of the Court.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are labourers and required to go out of the village to make an earning to eke out their livelihood.
In view of the representation, the condition imposed by the III Additional Sessions Judge, Kakinada that the petitioners shall not leave the village without prior permission of the Court is hereby relaxed.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
