ORDER:
Ms.K.Ramya Krishna, Advocate, who was appointed as a Chairperson for the proposed meeting of the unsecured creditors of the transferor company, held the said meeting as directed, on 09.02.2013, and filed her report dated 14.02.2013 indicating the result. She also filed an affidavit of service in accordance with Rule 76 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 prior to the submission of her report as directed by this Court. The report submitted by the Chairperson is accordingly taken on record. No further orders are required to be passed in this Company Application, which is accordingly closed.
