These Appeals coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds filed in all Writ Appeals herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G. Vidya Sagar, Advocate for the Appellant in all Writ Appeals, and Sri T.P. Acharya, Advocate for Respondent No.1 in all Writ Appeals, the Court made the following

Learned counsel for the appellant states that the respondent is working as Senior Marketing Officer in the appellant’s Corporation. He further submits that the respondent is not entitled to the salary of Deputy Manager/Regional Manager in as much as the Department of Agro Chemical Division of appellant’s Corporation has been wound up pursuant to the directions issued by the Government.

Admit.

In the meantime, the respondent shall be paid the salary attached to the post of Senior Marketing Officer in the appellant’s Corporation.
