This appeal is filed by the Food Corporation of India through Sri C.B.Ram Mohan Reddy, Advocate. The learned counsel submits that he ceased to be the Standing Counsel for the Food Corporation of India and though he addressed several letters to the appellant to make alternative arrangements, they did not evince any interest. There is no representation for the appellant. The appeal is accordingly dismissed for default. The miscellaneous petition filed in this appeal shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
