ORDER:
Complaining disobedience of the interim orders of this Court in W.P.M.P No.9536 of 2012 in W.P.No.7540 of 2012 dated 11.04.2012, the present contempt case is filed.
Learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for the respondents submitted that consequential orders have been passed by the 1st respondent-Commissioner and Director of School Education vide proceedings dated 24.09.2012 and thus the aforesaid interim order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents.
In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed with an observation that the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the aforesaid order of the 1st respondent dated 24.09.2012 by initiating separate proceedings. No order as to costs.
