SUO MOTU CONTEMPT CASE No.831 of 2013
ORDER: (per the Hon’ble Sri Justice L.Narasimha Reddy)
The contempt case was initiated on the order passed by this Court suo motu. The
basis was, certain clauses that are contained in the award passed by the Lok Adalat.
Notice was ordered. The then Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Ranga Reddy District and the Members of the Lok Adalat have appeared. All of them have stated that the award was passed inadvertently without noticing the conditions, which make it obligatory on the part of the parties to get the appeals pending before this Court allowed. They have undertaken to be careful in future.
In view of the same, we close the contempt case.
